This is regarding player complaints and admin complaints. However some rules will also apply to other threads but that is to be discussed at a later date.
The rest is more or less common sense.
- Keep to the templates provided.
- If you fail to report an offense within one to two days, the offense lapses, exceptions for special complaints can be made.
- Do not derail topics or threads, keep them to what they were created for.
- The only people posting in a complaint should be: the complainer, the complainee, the admin dealing with the complaint and anyone posting evidence, in the form of screenshots/videos/previous complaints.
- Insulting players in complaints is strictly prohibited. Posts found to have insults in will be deleted and be ignored by admins solving the complaint, whether they contain a valid point or not. As a result, any defense you make within the post will be ignored and you may be punished as a result.
- Complaints may not be made for someone else, make your own complaints. The only exception is if the person making the complaint has been banned on the forums.
