You're a fun guy, but you really have not done much work with this application.
I suggest that you making a new application, were you actually do as asked, since you tell us nothing about yourself nor why we should accept you as an admin; which is required (25-75 words).
Personally I also do not think, that we are in need of anymore people on the staff team, as for now.
Also, when I try to contact you on Teamspeak about your application, it would be appreciated if you didn't ignore me after telling me you were willing to hear what I had to say.
