Hello,
I am slash, I was banned on Void Resonance for Advertising.
Yep Thats Right, The reason Death Gaved me was Advertising
He says you advertised Bazys server on Void? :/
I said No i Didn't.
He says "yes you did"
I said I didn't
He says " Stop Lying You did it you were in the channel with someone and you both microphones were muted"
I said "With whome was I in the Channel?" And when was my Microphone disabled"
He says " stop making shit you did it "
So after this he was talking things i didn't even know..Times i wasn't even at Teamspeak.
He was just fake blaming me.
-He Wasn't stopping at all and telling me that i was advertising...? I told him Shut the fuck up,I don't give a shit about you"
He says OK? You don't give a shit about Void? Now get banned
I said If you ban me you are gonna pay for it
he says fuck off paki
And banned me
In the end i'm gonna tell you all I haven't advertised the server to people :/ Take Action against this asshole he has made me really angry like shit... banned me like a shit :/ take action

Why do you think you were banned: Well there was actually no reason for it jacob a demoted staff just asked another mod to ban me i don't even remember who and out of nowhere perma ban with reason : yorkshire or something like that

Why you should be unbanned: Because i think void is like my second home my parents never give me attention so i gotta find some attention in void it's beautiful there. (especially craig <3)

I was banned from the server due to some disagreement between me and kermit on the public discord. Where he said "MFW ginger nut trying to get laid by a slut failed". With everyone knowing that i am close friends with Admin Rose and that i recently took a trip to see her i took this attack personally. When he said this i thought it was aimed towards her and went on the full defensive and defend my friend from being attack online for no reason. Craig tried to explain something to me about the post, but he was drinking at the time and i didn't take him seriously. This lead to me losing my cool at him and making crude remarks about being a pedophile.

I think i should be unbanned because it was the first time i've actually lost the plot at someone. I feel that i should be given the chance to revoke my claim towards Craig and try and move over this. It was an incredibly immature thing for me to do and i'm sorry for causing any harm.

Why do you think you were banned: playing music

Why you should be unbanned: I was banned for playing music in a gaming channel, which fair enough if he had gone down the correct channels of punishment including a kick after the warning or even issuing the tier 1. I was issued a perma ban and someone else who was playing the music didn't receive anything. As can be seen in the video I was having fun with someone else and was not intending to be malicious or a bad person. I got permanently banned for this little issue, and its not like I was not known to them, I literally am a builder in the server they play on. Death has a serious anger issue and he will take it out on people, other admins when angry will often leave the channel or be professional unlike Death he would rather shout down the microphone often saying profanity or issuing very harsh punishments. I've listed 2 videos: me getting banned and Death screaming at people in a PUBLIC channel, giving a bad impression of the server to new players. (P.S before any person disregards this thread because of recordings, this was all recording using Nvidia Geforce Experience (Shadowplay) to record the last few minutes of any said moment using a keybind. Craig allowed me to record these individual incidents to strengthen my report as can be seen in Evidence #3).

Why you should be unbanned: I honestly didn't mean anything by it, Datguy. I'm genuinely sorry for upsetting you, that was never my intention. I also kindoff like the people on this ts, so i feel like it would be a shame if i can't talk to them no more.

Any other information that might be useful: triangle triangle triangle tri and MILFSOUP also got banned, i'm guessing by assoiation (they didn't actually do anything). If it's not too much to ask for, i'd like to see them unbanned too, as i was the reason for their ban.

Why you should be unbanned: So over the past few days for whatever reason Craig and Lewis had been looking around my facebook and other details and getting my info (idc) and found an old email that's used to this day on close to nothing aside from my facebook. Yesterday I got an email from facebook about the password reset and the only 3 people to know it would be Anja, Craig and Lewis.. So I messaged Lewis with a bluff saying facebook gives info when it's done and gives an IP (It sends emails just not IP) and my intention was for him to know I could GeoIP and tell if it was him or craig however, he took that as a ddos threat and even tho this is the year 2017 and not 2015 he took it very serious even tho when you really think about it, the fact my details were getting "doxed" and attempting to access my account, I'm in the wrong for trying to see what person did it so I could ask why?

I think it's fault in both sides however unfair I got the ban stain because he took what I said the wrong way and assumed It was me saying I would ddos him. I don't give a shit about the whole dox stuff, but I just find it silly I was banned after all you were doing.

OK, first of all, I wouldn't be making this appeal if I was actually lying because I would just wait the 24 hours, but I did get banned for an unfair reason which is why I'm reporting this.

I was on the Social Lounge with my Friends "Prezzy" and "THEINFAMOUSTOAST". Firstly we were just talking and what you usually do on the social lounge.

People were playing music in the social lounge and there was an active moderator in the social lounge called "Rambo", so I thought since there was a moderator in the group, I could play music as well. Rambo didn't warn anyone.

Because we were all having laughs in the social lounge I decided to play "Tunak Tunak Tun" A funny song.

Everyone in the chat was having a laugh about the humorous song. I wasn't even playing it loud and definitely wasn't playing it for ear rape.

Another staff member called "s1nner " joined the server and instantly banned me for 24 hours for "Ear rape". He didn't give me any warning or told me to turn it off and banned me for a false accusation.

"Prezzy" and "THEINFAMOUSTOAST" Asked why I got banned for just playing music, and they got banned for "Disrespect".

Prezzy did a ban appeal as well for a random ban of "Disrespect"
