The rules that keep Void Resonance usable, safe and welcoming for everyone.
Connecting to the TeamSpeak network means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, disconnect from the service.
01
Community conduct
Do not spam, mass-message, mass-poke or use voice chat to advertise other TeamSpeak servers. Use the service in a way that does not deliberately disrupt other people or the network.
You may use TeamSpeak’s built-in local mute, block, buddy, poke and temporary-channel features. When conflict arises, use those controls and try to resolve the issue calmly before escalating it.
02
Data and device responsibility
TeamSpeak naturally sends technical information to the server. Void Resonance may store IP addresses, usernames, uploaded images, TeamSpeak unique identifiers, device type, client version and channel join timestamps for operation and moderation.
You are responsible for securing your own device. Void Resonance cannot accept liability for damage, loss, stress or disruption caused by other users, third-party links or your use of the service.
03
Voice recording
Do not record people without telling everyone in the channel before recording begins. Recording should take place only in a private locked channel, except for public music channels where advance notice is still required.
Do not publish or distribute recordings containing confidential, private or malicious material.
04
Moderation decisions
Staff may take action to protect the service and its users. Ownership may promote or demote clients, alter or remove channels, and alter or remove server and channel groups when needed.
Rules and operating arrangements may change. Members are responsible for checking the current version of this page.
05
Appeals and evidence
You may appeal a punishment. Raise the matter calmly with the staff member who issued it, or with an administrator when no useful reason was provided. You may be asked to continue the appeal on the forums.
Keep evidence private while an appeal is being considered. Publicly posting sensitive material can harm the process. Where appropriate, you may ask to speak with a Void Resonance adviser before presenting evidence.
