The public website does not require an account. The hosting service may record standard request information such as an IP address, browser identifier, requested page, time and response status in operational logs. These records help diagnose faults, prevent abuse and maintain security.
The announcement dismissal uses session storage in your browser so the same notice stays closed during that browsing session. It is not used to follow you across other websites.
Using TeamSpeak
Connecting to TeamSpeak naturally provides technical and identity information to the server. This can include your IP address, nickname, TeamSpeak unique identifier, client version, device type, uploaded images, connection history and channel activity.
This information may be used for network operation, permissions, moderation, abuse prevention and appeals. Public status and staff pages expose limited service information; they are not intended to publish private connection details.
Links, embeds and other platforms
The Discord page contains Discord’s server widget. Other pages link to Discord, Steam, TeamSpeak and VRC.LOL services. Opening an embed or external link can share routine connection information with that provider, and their own privacy terms apply.
Void Resonance cannot control data submitted directly to an external platform. Check the destination and avoid sharing sensitive appeal evidence in public channels.
